3. Order Confirmation

Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation message/email.

If the payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected locations.

We may charge a small additional fee for COD orders.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Refunds

In case of order cancellation, return, or failed transactions, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
