1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging

With all tags and accessories (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care / hygiene products (if opened)

Items purchased on sale or clearance (if mentioned)

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For exchanges, contact us with product images as proof.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
